The package includes access to the outdoor areas providing a wonderful backdrop of our lavender and flower field and picturesque ridges beyond. The complex includes a reception barn, which was renovated in 2023, and houses indoor banquet rooms, cocktail area with bar, dance floor, full barn kitchen, groom's suite, and service stations for florists. The property also includes outdoor parking for catering vans, and access to the gardens, field, meadows, and orchard for taking pictures. Additionally, our designer home, which was also completely renovated in 2023 and has been featured on American Dream TV, is included for two nights. Enjoy this stylish and thoughtfully decorated home featuring stunning views of the ridges and expansive gardens, curated interior scenes with a stunning color scheme, and a designer kitchen with 60" Italian range. As the wedding couple, come luxuriate with 14 of your closest friends and family in our designer home. This elegant home and bucolic setting, provide a wonderful outdoor area for the rehearsal dinner and will certainly become a focal point of your wedding weekend and memories. Meanwhile, if you are here for a corporate event, leave the stress of the trials and tribulations of everyday life behind, while you enjoy the beauty of our stunning country home and farm. Banquet tables, banquet chairs, cocktail tables, stools, linen, additional furniture, tableware, multi-media equipment and display, luxury restroom trailers, etc. must be arranged at additional cost by the booking party. If you choose a more outdoor flavor to your event, tent rental will also be at the cost of the booking party. We will provide a list of preferred vendors for rentals, catering, drinks, floral arrangements, entertainment, and overall event management. We may consider other vendors outside of our preferred on a case-by-case basis. The venue is available on the day prior to the event for set-up. Lavender Mist Farms products are available for purchase as a unique remembrance of the day for your guests.
